A 450 Horsepower Hyundai Genesis

Hyundai is teaming with ARK Performance Inc. to develop custom parts for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, which will debut on the ARK Track Time Attack Genesis Coupe 3.8L show car at SEMA 2010.

Hyundai is trying to make it easier for enthusiasts to separate themselves from their hard-earned cash by teaming with ARK Performance to develop a whole line of custom parts for the Genesis coupe.

The benefit? The ARK-modified Hyundai Genesis will achieve 450 horsepower, up from an already bountiful 306, in the coupe's 3.8-liter, V-6 engine. The aftermarket parts firm also has a bunch of other engine, interior, exterior, brake, wheel and suspension modifications.
The company will show off its modified Hyundai at the big nationwide aftermarket parts show in Las Vegas next month, SEMA.


"The Hyundai Genesis Coupe is the ideal car for enthusiasts with its strong performance characteristics and dynamic design," said Ted Lee, owner, ARK Performance.
The ARK Genesis Coupe's paint scheme will be designed and completed in collaboration with artists from Hyundai's North American Design Center in Irvine, Calif.
